I have written before and only get a pat answer saying King cares and will work on it. I have been on this level for an ENTIRE WEEK playing every conceivable game I can play on 2 computers. That's LOTS of games. NEVER do I even come close to solving it. Not possible. Used to be 29 moves and now only has 16 moves. After over 3500 games one might think you were pretty good at what Candy Crush gives us, obviously not this time. I will do 2 more days of this and then bye bye Candy Crush.

Hello Peggy. I will pass your feedback on for you. I am not sure if there have been other complaints about this level, but I faintly remember that number, so there might be. If there are enough complaints, King will change it. Thanks for writing and I wish you luck! Have a nice day!

They do listen. They need a lot of people to complain, though, before they can change things. It wouldn't be fair to change it for one or two people to make it easier when most players can pass the level just as it was. Keep at it, and you will beat it when you least expect it. This level hasn't had a lot of complaints yet but I have added your post to the list for the Moderators to look at. That is all we can do. When the SuperStars have a problem with a level, the answer is the same as every other player gets: if more people complain, King will change it, and until then, keep at it and keep trying. Maybe take a break and do the Sugar Drop Challenge...or go play another King game. Have you tried Diamond Diaries yet? You can try it and enter to win 100 or more gold bars.
