Why can't Opt Out of Candy Royale!

No, hitting the Esc button did not make it go away. :(

King should be able to bring the X in the corner back. Its not Rocket Science

Not sure what is going on with the 'esc' button as some people have said that it has worked whilst others have said that it doesn't.
One other poster mentioned pressing the Ctrl button with another button, sadly I can't remember which button and I can't remember who posted the remark. I think it was Ctrl+X but I couldn't be sure.

The Esc button should work on the Candy Crush Saga App installed from Microsoft Store. However, if you play from Facebook on any browser, the Candy crush Saga will not response to Esc button.
I am not affected since I don't have Candy Royale pop-up in my game.

This is still an issue to your players.
i haven’t seen a single comment from a player saying how much they like Candy Royal mini program.
how long will it take for you to put the opt out button on it?

Yes, I am definitely a fan of Candy Royale, but I agree it needs the opt out button for everyone else who does not want to play it. Of course, those of us who like it are unlikely to post in this thread! That is why you haven't read about it @craigmarchant
