No daily login reward, along with data loss (lost my boosters when reinstalling the game.)

Good day everyone.

I have been unable to recipe my daily login rewards for 3 days, tried updating and logging into my account again, to no avail.

I tried to receive my login reward by reinstalling the game but not only did it not give me the reward, it also removed my boosters.

I'd appreciate your assistance with this issue.

I also have the landscape mode while the screen is upright, for some unknown reason.

I get my daily login machine upgraded to 30, get to collect one after that and then it does not show up anymore. Then after a couple weeks, it does but it says "since you've been away, progress was lost" and I have to start all over again. Either there is a daily log in reward or there isn't. If it is only for 30 days, it should say so.
