why am I playing the old style candy crush, have lost over 1000 levels.

Question

was playing level 3206 on Tuesday morning, could only get to level 2825 on Tuesday evening and message saying to update my browser, what changed ?

This happened to me and clearing just the browser cache did not work. You need to also clear all candy crush cookies, so don't uncheck that box unless you want to manually search for only candy crush cookies and delete them. I still don't know if you need to clear both cache and cookies but I'd try cookies first as cache first did not fix the problem for me.
