This happened to me very often. I just played a game and it came back. Even by going to the map and come back to the event page will restore your score and ranking. I guess it takes a while to update.

Unfortunately, I have tried many methods, such as restarting my device, exiting the app, and waiting for a long time before opening the game. You play on your phone? How about try it on a desktop or other devices.
I tried the method you mentioned and tried to log in to the game using another device, but the result was even worse, with no pages related to the game appearing
I believe your score is still intact. It's a matter of updating. Maybe it's due to peak hours.
When you continue playing, did you see this screen after the level was completed.
Normally you need to play a few rounds on a new device for the event to retore/update. Go ahead and play your favourite levels.
I didn't see it, I kept trying to play the game and pass the level, but there was no new accumulated points page displayed
