I can’t log in or out of Facebook or King account

Question

I can’t log in or out of Facebook or my King account with Candy Crush Saga on my iPhone 12 to save my progress. I just get the “connection error” message. I also no longer get daily boosters, challenges, nor can I buy extra moves. I really don’t want to reload the game and lose my 14,000+ earned boosters.   I have tried rebooting my phone, switching Wi-Fi on and off…etc.  Os this fixable?

Apple says there is no way to save boosters and back up one game

After you back up the game to iCloud, see if you will be able to clear cache, etc.,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your game ☹️

Looks like your game has a bug!!  And unfortunately, there is no other way to get rid of this bug, except for reinstalling your game App!!

But, good thing is - you are playing on an iOS device!  That means, you have access to iCloud 🤩 Back up your game to your iCloud service.  And, this way, you should be able to retrieve all the progress along with your saved boosters!!

I have not done this before!  Hence, not aware of step by step instructions!!  May be you can try yourself and see!  If not, you could contact Apple customer care!!
