not getting treasure chest prizes

How come I am not receiving the prizes when I get the treasure chests??? This was happening for a while now, than it was fixed once. Now I am not getting them anymore. The last time I won 2 chests and did NOT get my prizes. This was the last 3 days.. Is there any way I can get the treasures owed to me?? Please, I have been missing out on a HUGE amount of prizes, that were supposed to be awarded to me.. Thank You
