Please see the screen shot. My envelope has been grayed out the past few days despite friends sending lives. I know they sent lives because I was with them and watched them send them to me. I have read a few support questions people posted with others having the same issue and tried clearing cache and cookies, restarting my phone and closing the app and reopening. Also Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No luck with any of the recommendations so far. And just so we're clear I'm using the android phone app and NOT a desktop or browser.

I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving any lives in your game!! I have heard few complaints about this issue 🤔
Thank you for clarifying which device you are using! Can you check the App version you have right now? You will have to look in the “Google Play Store”! If I need any other information, I will get back to you.
All the Kingsters are located overseas, hence they left the work for the day. Let me check with our Candy Crush Community In-charge tomorrow and see if they can find out anything about this issue.
