Your device's firmware was most probably updated after the US ban on Huawei, so it doesn't have Google Mobile Services. As a result, you cannot access the app store to use your gold bars.

I've had this issue before and it's very frustrating. I click on the butterfly but it's not being counted. Last time I had this happen it didn't count my last 2 butterflies so I didn't get the reward. Today it didn't count 1 (so far). Can you tell me what's going on and that this issue will be fixed?
