I had lots of colour bomb and lots of powers. I removed my account and re login the same account today. But unfortunately all my life and powers are gone. How can I get it back? Please help me on this.
Hello @Jeyakumar143 unfortunately by removing the app from your device you have deleted your lives and boosters. There is no way if getting them back as King generally do not replace items that you gain freely by playing the game.
Once you have reinstalled the app and signed back into your game play a level and your friends list will return as will your gold bars and progress.
You can try contacting Player Support though to see if they will give some boosters as a goodwill gesture.
Player Support can be contacted by using the Help function of your game, or by scrolling to the bottom of this page and selecting 'Contact Us'

Thank you for the feedback . Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device
For Lose booster Please email or Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can check up what happened in your game.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
