I am almost to level 6900 and I am done playing until this is fixed.

have played this game for years am 71 years old and now even on full screen is so small very hard to see. this has take the fun out of this game. Please go back to old format. Thank you

Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

So you make a change to portrait on the PC knowing that we are playing on a PC, but sounds like you only want people playing on there phone, been playing this game for several years now, but I will be deleting it as it is unplayable in this format, you have really screwed up a good game. Guess in will find something else to spend my money on to play. Your not thinking about how your many PC user think about this now!

I read that it need windows 11 and you wont get passed the level your on if you don't upgrade

Try the link directly https://soporto.king.com/contact - I found it with a Google search for 'king games support' - it's quite a bad support page with lots of irrelevant drop down options but there is a short comment box at the end.
(Sorry was hoping it would show as a link - you could try copy and paste, or do the google search))
What I think is really bad is that there seems to be no link to a real support page on their main website and you have to Google it!
Edit: I put my report under accessibility as the most appropriate topic since it affects my RSI - but the auto-email response says if i've picked the wrong topic I will have to report it all again - seems a very un-supportive support section! I tried to mention the screen size affects PC visually impaired users as well but the comment box wasn't long enough. We shall see if I actually get a response.
