Ads Gone...Levels Impossible...Time to Delete Game?

Strangely enough after making a one time purchase of a 99 cent booster pack last week, I have lost all ability to watch ads for extra moves, watch ads for bonuses, watch ads for lives...basically all ads are gone from my game. If this is the new normal, I give up King...I'll delete the app because I have been stranded on Level 13951 for over a week and cannot pass it. It is impossible to play this game without the extra helps and I WILL NOT sink tons of money into playing a game. After years of loving Candy Crush if this is the new normal, bye!

Sane here dear it over a year now I logged this complain times without number but nothing is done about it is too bad if purchasing of boosters are no good why putting in and advertises it

It truly is too bad. I love the game but I will not put hundreds into purchasing extra help and if I had known giving in and purchasing once would doom my game from that point forward I never would have done it :( Very frustrated at this point.

I’m sorry to hear that you no longer see adverts in your game. There's nothing to worry, though, as it is expected for certain features to change and even become temporarily unavailable.
Please note the ability to watch adverts is a special feature in the game, therefore not designed to be available for everyone at the same time.
There's a really simple reason for that: to help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio need to thoroughly check how everything is working during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.
At this moment, it seems you are not part of the test group, yet it's great to know your appreciation for this feature though, and we will pass your feedback on to our tech team back at the Studio. In the meantime, be sure to keep your app updated, and you’ll have lots of adventures ahead!

Yes, I believe it is the new normal. In fact it's been for a long time that players who invest money buying packages see their freebies disappear as a "reward"! Time to quit indeed.

Once again, if you purchase with real $, you will lose the ability to see ads for free boosters and free moves. This is how King works. It may take a couple months before your ads come back. They want you to keep spending real $.

I am sad to see that I am not the only one affected. I will quit the game before I will put more money in. This is dirty pool on their part.

I'm hoping somebody will finally grow a pair, quit hiding behind a computer screen and address the player's complaints. Yea, right. Like that's gonna happen. By hiding and not addressing our complaints they are showing their true color (money green) and that they have no concern for the fans except for how much money they can get out of us.

Yes, it stopped being fun when they constantly remind you how many people needed boosters for that level and the constant super hard and nightmarishly hard levels. When it is taking up to fifty attempts then they are pushing people away from the game.

When did you get to watch ads? I've never been in that test group. Sounds nice. 😊
