Hi everyone, your game resolution has changed due to Candy Crush Saga now only allowing the game to be played in portrait mode (vertical). We have a thread for this in support so I will merge your messages with the bigger thread to make sure we keep the topic in one place

Moderators kiara and diamond should get their stories straight. Kiara says there is no plan to go back to landscape, but diamond says it’s a test. Which is it King!? Who are these moderators? Do they work for King, are they paid for some sort of responsibility, do they even have any contact with the higher ups at King? They have been completely useless to players who have complaints about portrait view.

I came back from vacation to find this new change. I cannot even begin to tell you how much I hate it. The screen is way too small. I don't understand companies making changes that upsets its players. I thought the whole point is to keep players, not chase them away with stupid and annoying changes that have no value what-so-ever.

I play on a PC desktop because it the best way for me to see the game board. I need the landscape format please.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community
Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

so hard to see now can no longer make screen bigger. Very hard to play now. I am 71 years old this game use to be so much fun now very hard to see
