Accounts

I logged in by connecting a Kingdom account. Then I logged out and I saved that data on another Kingdom account. The problem is that now the two different e-mail accounts are synchronized, as I go forward with one automatically goes on the other. How can I separate them once and for all?

I guess it's like any other techie thing. For example, I can sync my iPhone and my iPads so why not be able to sync across 2 different platforms?

No they can't unsync the accounts at all and that is why you need to start a new account with a new email address.

Yes AntoArma, start with a new email because if you use the same email it's going to say that it's already an account.

Hi AntoArma, I just heard from a King Superstar who told me that they can't be unsynced. You will have to start a new account. Please create a new account and then follow the steps from her to get your user ID #: https://www.elsalanger.net/blog/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

Once you have that number please complete the contact form here. Make sure that you give them your user ID # and they can manually add your progress to the new account.

Hi AntoArma, I never knew that 2 different Kingdom accounts can be synced. I do not have an answer for you so I will elevate this to a King Admin to see if she has an answer but she won't be back into the office until the beginning of next week.
