Unable to contact store

Question

For the last couple of days I have been unable to contact the store like when I win it just keeps spinning, which means I'm unable to purchase lives or anything it's for like 3 days now I have restarted it and then another place from the King community said don't uninstall and then reinstall so I haven't done that yet help

I tried all of that and it didn't work and then I tried to back it up before reinstalling I honestly don't know what went wrong but I am so frustrated that I have to start right back at level one can it be recovered at all
