How can I contact a player to thank them for giving me lives?

Do you know at which level the player is at? May be you can scroll down a bit and see if they are at your level.
Then, you should be able to send them a life from that level - you can simply click on "Send Lives" button; OR click on the "Heart" icon you see next to their name.
