13981 extra play commercials are black and you have to close out of the game to get out of the black, nothing commercial.

I attach a screenshot at Level 14046 on above topic. It started at Level 14044. On clicking this blank window to watch ad, my android phone showed a 'black screen'. The only way to continue playing is to restart the phone.

Every game from 13981 on does not work properly. All the adds for extra plays are black. Frustrating.
I'm having the same problem on my android phone, started a few days ago. It's very frustrating when you just need a few more moves to win. Please fix this.

We are very sorry for your inconvenience😒 Actually there was some issue related to ad video and the issue has already been resolved HERE but I'm not sure if the problem has recurred so we will report your issue to our team as well.
However, you can follow the troubleshooting steps below to see if your issue is resolved.
Check app update - Log out game - Restart device - Open game and Log in.
After following the steps, be sure to let us know again if the problem persists.

Power 'off/on' phone to restart game at same level but problem is still there. Nothing's gonna help it now.
