For a few days now I’m not getting lives from my friends anymore, since yesterday I don’t even have the requests and I usually have ~20 everyday. What is the issue?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
