How can i regain my hearts and candies that i have won after transfering to a new iphone?

I have changed my phone and connected the game application to my facebook.

Fortunately, i have regained my level progress. However, i have lost the heart lives and all the treasures that i had saved during the years (approximately over 300).

please can someone help me with this issue? Sadly, i deleted the old app! Is there a solution for this?

Hi Souad, if they were boosters and lives earned from the challenges King does not reimburse you for them.  Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
