Match Tile ad glitch
Hello,
There is an ad that comes on sometimes when I am offered extra moves -- it's for Match Tile (something or other).
After the ad, there is a glitch -- i don't receive the extra moves, and there is no way to watch the next ad for more moves. I have to simply close out and end the game.
Can this ad either be removed or fixed please?

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with certain Ads!! I will report about it to our Candy Community In-charge, so that they can take a look at it!
Can you tell me which device you are using and what version of the App right now? Did you install the latest update that came in 2 weeks ago?
