Hi Kenradma, this glitch is on Microsoft's end because it's affecting not just Windows 10 but also Windows 7 and Windows 8 and a lot of players who have Windows 10 but play on Chrome or Firefox. We are all waiting for a fix from them.

I actually had to remove/reinstall. Worked after that. Unfortunately lost the levels I already completed though... Changes from King Login to Facebook Login.

If the troubleshooting doesn't work, in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink. Click on it and complete the contact form. They can go into your account and manually add your progress back.
