Is anyone having issues trying to watch videos for additional moves or bonuses?

For over a week, all I get is a black screen.

The only way to exit is to go back. It gives me an option of resume or skip.

Frustrating as I've lost my opportunity for the 3 stars on the treasure chest. And I lost my lead. Sometimesyou only need one move to finish a level.

Sorry!!  I missed it before... you said "Treasure Chest"!!  Are you playing Candy Crush Saga or a different game?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issue with the Ads in your game!!

This was an issue that was experienced by multiple players few days ago.  The Candy Studio has fixed the issue last week!  Can you check if there are any "updates" available in your "App Store" / Google Play Store?  If there is, install it and try the game again.
