It just keeps loading and I have 603 gold bars and unable to use it and stable internet connection

Thank you for the reply😊 Sometimes this problem also occurs due to app error and the only solution for app error is to reinstall the app.(You must know that reinstalling the app will cause you to lose all saved boosters and unsaved levels.)
If you don't have booster stored then you can follow the step or you have to wait for next 72 hours as it may take mentioned time for me to get information from my team.
