Hi every time I try to get extra moves a black screen appears have to delete and start again very annoying.

It's a bit of a puzzle that's taking us a tad longer to crack than we hoped, but we're determined to find the perfect fit.

Lots of reports about this issue. They might get it fixed on Monday. It's clearly a glitch at their end, which you can't do anything about. Just be patient and don't use the ads feature for now.
This is a game changer for me and I'm less likely to play. And yet out of the blue I got at least an hour of unlimited games but no use to me as stuck on a extremely hard to crack level
Can you try restarting the game once, if that fixes the problem?

Yes! Same here. And it did it 2 more times after that so i stopped playing. In the mean time also lost all my boosters, lost my streak of over 300 games competed on first try and was 1st in the championship race, and was about to earn over 30 gold bars for completing the other race after finishing that level. I'm not happy.

The same thing is happening to me. I touch the watch ads option and get a black screen, losing the boosters I used. I would like to get them back please.
Ad was blacked out and lost my streak and all the gokd bars i was supposed to get after completing the level. Tryed it a second time and it did the same thing. So not only lost my place but all the boosters I've used too.
At the end of the game when I used to be able to watch ads and get extra plays now I only get a black screen and have to close out
Black screen right after selecting view ad (at the end of game)- and to get extra moves.
Don't get a black screen while choosing to view the hot air balloon ads.
I play on Google pixel 6 phone.
I've tried clearing the catch then powering off and turning the phone back on nothing helps.
When choosing to view the ad you get a black screen that you can't get out of and have to close the game. You don't get to finish a game. This started for me yesterday or maybe the day before.

Here, I not able to get the rewards from watching the ads, therefore I can’t finish the levels easily and continuously.
As seen above; the video is blank and you have to reload the game to play again. What’s going on?
