What happened to the hats

I no longer get hats. And I get nothing if I complete a level on the first try.  Why,

  Hi Larry! As far as I know, there are a lot of glitches and change recently so the only way to fix that you should wait until they are resolved. I advice you to check them every week, because they are updated every week.
