Problem with getting boosters I’ve won into the game...nowhere to click to obtain them.

    First things first: apologies for not getting back to you earlier. Like Elsa said, there were many fronts opened and not enough of us to work on everything. But well, here I am at last!

    I've compensated you for the issues and I suggest you reinstall the game to (hopefully) prevent this from happening again!

     Xarly, I’ve deleted and reinstalled Candy Crush Saga, as you suggested.  You said you had compensated me for what I have lost, yet there is nothing new there.  What to do?

    Hi Judy, Xarly is extremely busy today because they are short staffed.  If you don't hear anything today then by the beginning of next week you should get a reply.

    Hi Judy, yes I will forward your message to him again but it's the weekend so he won't see this until he is back in the office at the beginning of the week.

    Hi Judy,

    I'm sorry for the troubles! It's been some crazy days lately given all that's going on at King (as you may know, we're getting ready for our new Candy launch on Thursday - Candy Crush Friends Saga!).

    I sent 20 gold bars to your game on the 27th of September to compensate for the issues and I can confirm that they were properly added that day.

    This issue you are reporting was indeed happening 3 weeks ago but we sent it to the studio and for what we know, it's been fixed. Please make sure that your game is up to date (version 1.135.1) and if that's the case and you still have the issue then please please let us know so that we can inform the studio and take a look at it.

    Again, sorry for not coming earlier but we currently have a lot going on.

    Thank you, Xarly.  I expected to see the boosters I didn’t get, didn’t realize I’d be given gold bars.  I only have 14, so maybe I used the other 6.  Thank you for always replying!
