Booster wheel tokens won on spinning do not transfer to my actual account

Booster wheel tokens won on spinning never seem to transfer to my actual account. I've noted this on multiple occasions and has even happened on a single occurrence of "winning" all the tokens. Naturally, I have rebooted my IPad but this doesn't correct the problem. More than this, I do not want to do. Please correct this. Thanks. Michael

"Tokens" are the individual boosters such as hammers. For example, the Booster Wheel could indicate that I "won" two hammers. However, two hammers are never added to my account. Nothing is added.
