⭕ Why can't I play in landscape mode anymore? Game too small!

I have asked 7 "help desk" staff how taking away 1/3 of the left playing surface, taking away 1/3 of the right playing surface, and leaving me with only the middle 1/3 of the screen is an "improvement", and "enjoyable". All I heard back is crickets. I haven't played a game since August 3rd, I just sign in twice a day to collect my free stuff.

It seems that recently the play area got smaller on my laptop. Is there a way to enlarge it, other than using the zoom feature on the browser? I can hardly see it.

As one can see, no one likes the new portrait form of the board. Candy Crush says it values our opinions; but does it really. Doesn't look like it since it has done nothing to help those of us who would much rather play in landscape or have quit altogether. Candy Crush, stop giving us the set answer and help us.!!!!!

You would think that a total of 241 pages of complaints in the discussion board would give them a hint. DUH. I only sign in to give the lives to the 1 or 2 people still playing in my group, and to get the free stuff built up in case they do go back.

i use my laptop to play and am very disappointed that the game now resembles the app . ugg!

Aside from the worthless tiny new format, seriously is there anything dumber than the "Candy Royale"? What a waste, not sure what genius thinks it makes the game more enjoyable! I miss the old large board and the ability to skip the stupid wannabe slinky!

I know and completely agree with you that it is very hard to play the game with the small screen!!
The reason for this small screen is the Candy Studio has brought in a change and all the devices and platforms look the same - as if we are playing on a mobile device!!
Unfortunately, as players, there is nothing we can do to change it back!! But, leave our feedback for the Candy team to see!!
