So my phone died last week and I lost all of my progress on Candy Crush. I was on level four thousand seven hundred and something.

Since you didn't save your game with an account, your game data is completely deleted (Since your phone died). But you will not be disappointed because it will be possible to take you back to the level you were atš
As the first step you need to create a Facebook or Kingdom account and connect the game through that account.
Second step, you need to contact our player support from game app and see steps below.
Go to Game start menu - Game Setting ā- Help Centre ā- My Game Progress - Choose a Tropic - Contact us and send them an email.

Please remember to choose 'I lost my progress' as the subtopic and also mention what level you were on so Player Support can restore the game right away.

I guess that is a risk you take if you don't save your progress. Did you play all the way to level 4000+ without ever creating an account?. If it's not saved it won't be in the cloud in King's server. So your game would have died along with your phone I would think.

If you saved the game through Facebook or Kingdom, you can log into the game using that ID and your game progress will be restored, details HERE.

Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner. Click x , supposed to exit or go to next page of ad. Usually goes to ad's web page. When you try to return to candy crush , it stuckā¦
