@bearwithme hiya,I have a question,well need help actually,it has nothing to do with topic...I changed my ccs game email a few weeks back so my king community & in game can link...I logged out today then tried to login,the email & password opened a whole other game which starts back at level 2,I just wana retrieve my original ccs game,I was in level 12771 I think...can someone help please?

Hi @CrystalKing - so you changed your King account email that you use to save your game progress? I think when you do that - you now have a new account and unless you can link this new account to an existing FB account that you have also been using to save your progress and get those two accounts to link - you will need to go to Player Support here and ask them to bring your game level in the new account to where you were currently.
You shouldn't need to change your King game email to be the same with your King Community email. You just need to check yes in your Community profile: Link my Community and Game login details?

Omg are you fr!?? This whole time I been told that my email has to match to link my accounts or whatever,I had already ticked yes but because I had 2 different emails I thought maybe they weren't actually linked & that's why I wasn't given the Pro players badge.This whole time my accounts were linked & my email didn't need to match...thank you,I will suss out players support. 😇
