Is someone a le to help me retrieve my ccs game please,after changing my email then trying to login,it's opened up a whole other ccs game that I never used...iv still got my ID thank god

Hi @CrystalKing - you mentioned changing your email- was that for your King account? Does the game that opened up have you starting at level 1? Bottom line, even if the ‘game you never used’ is CCS stating at the beginning, Player Support can help restore you to your current level, especially since you still have the same King ID.
Please let us know if I have misunderstood the issue and/or they were able to help you.

Hi thanks for that,it was restored but I lost everything,friends,stars & so on,now I have a different ID,ennoying but oh well
