You get this message if your email has already been used for a King account and you try to use the top option on the screen below, which is for new players. If you want to log into an existing account try the smaller option at the bottom of the screen.
If you did use the bottom option and get an error message then your password may be wrong so try the "forgotten password" option on the next screen.
I can’t log into candy crush using my king account…says email and password don’t match?
If you have Facebook you can log back in that way as well. It happened to me due to my tablet died on me and had to get a new one.
If you saved your account it should be easy to recover. Go into settings in the game (you are probably on level 1, but it doesn't matter) and click on "my account" then on " already have a King account" and you should be able to log in to your game and retrieve it.

There's 8 hours left. As you can see it says claim but when I go to the screen it's like I didn't purchase. Yet I can't buy it either. AI support says this is a known issue. Is this true?
