Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

I would like to hear from someone who likes to play in portrait. I haven’t seen anyone say they prefer it.

I play on my phone and I do prefer portrait. Landscape just doesn't cut it on a phone.

Why did you change size of Candy crush. Not everyone plays on their phone. I don't have any games on my phone but I use my computer. Please change it back for Windows on computers. It is much harder to see and play in the current size

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

I’m not giving up! I’m sure/hopeful someone at King will realize they have made a huge mistake and fix it.

I keep checking this page (and others - mentioning the word landscape whenever I can😃)
But have stopped playing CCS - in fact last time I did play I got confused between it and the new game, lol.
Would love to go back to CCS if only for the 11000+ levels I passed over 12 (?) years, but given my RSI its not happening if King can't compromise and put landscape back
Though as I never even got a reply to my support request (some weeks ago now) 😥 - I won't hold my breath.
