Hi thanks for that,it was restored but I lost everything,friends,stars & so on,now I have a different ID,ennoying but oh well
Hi @CrystalKing - you mentioned changing your email- was that for your King account? Does the game that opened up have you starting at level 1? Bottom line, even if the āgame you never usedā is CCS stating at the beginning, Player Support can help restore you to your current level, especially since you still have the same King ID.
Please let us know if I have misunderstood the issue and/or they were able to help you.

level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.

this level is different to whatās on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
Since the new update I think today as it looks a bit different, every time I play a level a booster gets taken automatically it checkmarks itself anyone else noticed this?
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and Iām done.
