Hi thanks for that,it was restored but I lost everything,friends,stars & so on,now I have a different ID,ennoying but oh well
Hi @CrystalKing - you mentioned changing your email- was that for your King account? Does the game that opened up have you starting at level 1? Bottom line, even if the ‘game you never used’ is CCS stating at the beginning, Player Support can help restore you to your current level, especially since you still have the same King ID.
