How can I transfer my data?

Hello. Here is the deal...

I am level 800+ on my iPhone, and would like to simultaneously be on 800+ on my iPad as well.  I have tried Facebook and Kingdom accounts, and when I link it my iPad goes directly to level 11, for whatever reason. (I must have done it a long time ago).  I attempted to make a new Facebook account and link them together through my iPhone, which only reset my data.  I was able to get back my 800+ progress after it got reset, but still have no clue how to get my iPhone progress on my iPad, so as to have multiple options whenever one device is accessible and another is not.  It also doesn't hurt to know I have some insurance on a game with 800+ levels completed... PLEASE HELP!

Please follow the steps on this link:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep to get your progress back.  If the troubleshooting doesn't work, then in the last paragraph there is a "here" hyperlink.  Click on it and complete the contact form.  They can go into the account and manually add the progress back.
