So this is happening to more than just a few of us? I have only received 5 lives total out of 200 friends today. Candy Crush, why is this happening?

I lost my lives too and cannot receive any either

Is there someone we can actually talk too about this?? I have tried contacting them but to no avail. I wish they were as efficient fixing problems as they are in taking our money.

Same here I had a lot of lives and.now they are all gone. Makes me not want to play the game just feels like all they want is people to have to spend more money.

This is still broken - the odd life trickles through, but it's really not functioning.

same thing .been like this for over a month. get about 5 times requests for lives than lives sent.also the lives that i have disappear when i leave the game.always get the request to add more friends.why add friends when you do not get the lives

All of my banked extra lives have disappeared! I had like 190 in my bank and this morning all gone. I have spent way too much real money playing this game. I really need to stop, so I guess this is the sign. CC has taken away all my lives and chances to play today.

Same thing is happening to me ,daily now we are capped at only being allowed to have 20 lives after the allotted 5 are gone and then we can add 5 at a time till the 20 a day r gone ......mine did this again....I used my 5 lives,shows 20/20 bc I haven't used them up and nope envelope is unaccessible,can't touch my 20/20 lives?!?! Has this happened to anyone else or been figured out.....it's bad enough I played for years and had earned hundreds of lives to be limited to only 20/20 after beginning 5 lives......that's BS but now 3 separate times days I have 20/20 n then can't touch them?!?!?

I have lost all my lives as well, but it didn't happen until yesterday. I believe the day before I had 120, now they are gone and no one is giving me anymore. Am I being punished for not spending anymore $ on the game? And seriously, why is no one from King answering the question?

Same I send hundreds s day, but I have only 7 lives???? If I’m sending to them they have my request for a life. I find it hard to believe they have no idea why!! Frustrated!!!
