Hi there. It sounds to me that it's time to quit. In fact, you are quite early on in the horrible 14,000+ levels. If you have run out of gold, even if you pass this one, you will be stuck again very soon. I'm afraid it is the end of the road for you. If you are hopelessly addicted, start a new game with a new login. It plays very differently in those levels up to 4000 and can be fun. But you might be surprised just how little you miss Candy Crush if you quit. If the fun has turned to nothing but frustration, then throw the app out and enjoy life again!
I'm on 14179 and still dragging around the 10,000 badge. It doesn't really matter because I doubt I'll be playing much longer. I have been stuck on this level for about 2 weeks and have played well over 200 games on 3 different devices. My free move amounts have now risen to 250 but I need to pay 10 coins to get them and have just 4. I refuse to spend any more money until I pass this level because I'm so angry with so many new features of this game: the free lives that disappear overnight; the horrible new chocolate box; the utterly stupid Candy Royale that you cannot opt out of and just wastes time; and the disappearing free lives. At least I'm saving money but this level is really, really boring and I see no way of passing it without spending 10 coins to continue. I don't know how much longer I can bear this level and meanwhile King is losing money because I'm not spending. Rant over.

I can’t understand why King/Itunes can’t/won't fix the problem with in app purchases. I had numerous “standard” replies from the King experts and nothing works! The ability to purchase extra moves, etc has been down for months. If you can develop games why can’t you fix this! It was working fine for years!
