my friends are sending lives and they are showing but when I go into the game they are not there and I don't have full lives so should be able to collect them but I cant
Hi Tracie, I was just told by a King Community Manager to create a question thread here on King Care because there are loads of complaints on this glitch. She told me to gather them together and to direct the players to that thread so others could comment too. Also she said that this question will be where she will post the progress on it.

its still not fixed and its glitching now grrrrr
Update: this is still a glitch and the studio is trying to resolve it. Hopefully they can find a fix soon.

Hi Tracie, I thought the problem was solved yesterday but this morning I had a few members of my Facebook group saying that they lost them again this morning. I have elevated it to King so it's a wait and see to fix it.
4 friends just sent lives and im still not getting them and that was just now im not looking to be reimbursed etc just want the game to play how it should is all
Update: Spoke to a King Admin and was told that something happened with Facebook yesterday and it wiped out the lives for some players. King does not reimburse or replace lost lives so I regretfully have to tell you that you will have to start building them up again.

How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
