It has gotten worse and worse over the past 3 months or so. The last 2 days it has hit rock bottom--I click 'events' and all I get is "sweet events coming soon!" So now I have absolutely nothing. Falling on deaf ears but, I would suggest, instead of 'testing' this and that or whatever nonsense may or may not be going on with the developers, shut the game down for a day or two and see if you can get it to perform the most basic functions. Or perhaps it has been messed up so badly it may be beyond repair. I'll log back into game in a couple weeks--good luck!

Everyone should have some events and if you get that message then there is something wrong with the programming. I would suggest you close Candy Crush, then reboot your phone or device. Turn your phone back on and then just check your Candy Crush app is up to date and also check you have the correct time and date set on your device. Now open Candy Crush and hopefully your events will start again?

This is the same canned response we get from Player Support that no one ever believes. If it's a problem with programming then that would be King's fault not the player and we're all sick of hearing how it's ALWAYS the players fault. And whoever came up with the idea of drastically changing levels after they've been released should be fired! It DOES NOT make the game "fresh and interesting!" Instead it causes huge frustration and is completely unfair because those who play it first when it's released get the most moves! Everyone else gets their moves cut in half because the developer's can't get it right the first time. What a joke! Additionally, now you can't send lives through a level anymore and it's completely unfair that I'm competing against someone who's not even close to my level which is over 14,000. When are you people going to listen to your players? You know, the same players that give you a job and without them there wouldn't be Candy Crush.

I got events back. In the past if events were missing, I'd quit a level like Monica suggested and they'd come back. But that hadn't been working. Just now I quit a level and got the booster wheel back, nothing else. Quit another round and got the treat machine. Quit a 3rd round and got everything back. Thanks guys for taking the time to make suggestions. The frustrating thing is playing this game for like 4 years and it always ran smooth as silk. Lately I log in and never know what I'm gonna get. Always play on same desktop PC, through FB using the same browser. Little things like---which candy box will I get today? Will my booster wheel spin slow or 100 mph? One night few weeks ago completed the candy royale, making my win streak over 300 (I'm obsessive about my win streak). Logged out, ate dinner, came back, logged in, clicked the next level to play. The game didnt recognize my streak, so I had nothing to start with, plus my in-game boosters were empty (no hammers, UFOs). Lost the super hard level. Went back to try it again, streak was gone but at least my hammers were back. I used to buy the weekly deal now and then but I won't do that with the game being so glitchy.

Great to hear you have got your events back. And thanks so much for letting us know, especially how you did it as well, as this kind of information is always helpful to others. I don't play via facebook, but I've read about so many players having issues with their facebook logins. Good luck with your game now!
