Technical Issue for the last 3 days.

I recently updated the app for Candy Crush Soda Saga and the game hasn't worked since! It keeps saying that you have a connection issue and to try again later, I can't ask for lives, my friends list is gone, and when I try to get the rewards and can't and on the teams page, I can't play there. It seems that all isn't working correctly. PLEASE HELP!

Yes, that is the screen I see and none of the steps seem to work to get me back. Maybe I should try with my email address (?)

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
