I agree that sometimes reinstalling the app is the only way but our game moderators recommend to try other troubleshooting methods. When it doesn't work, they advice reinstalling the game . But it's the last recommended method . Boosters are usually saved in device storage so when we clear the app data, we lose them. Only game progress can be recovered.
I experienced insulting behavior many times in my life( online or face to face) but looking at that particular message from the mod ( @Alienscar posted a link) I cannot see any unfriendly words. She was just very direct and clearly explains what she wants to say. Sending comments for approval is a normal thing in the community. It happened to me many times( even a while ago). It is an automated system, mods have nothing to do with it.
Magnolia,
As I previously mentioned, bc I had gone through other steps to rectify the situation, uninstalling was my only option. I'm aware that the game's app data is stored in the device's storage, but I'm wondering though, is it possible to save the app data from CCS to external storage, the same way you transfer apps to a micro SD card to save or clear storage space? I know this is possible for most apps, but bc CCS is an online based game, I'm not 100% sure the same can be done. I also do not have a stock version of android on my Amazon fire tab. I installed and have been using a custom rom that allows me to tweak android and have certain settings not used or allowed in the regular version.

Alienscar,
1st, I said "I felt like they were scolding", which makes it different. In our wonderful world, it is a known fact that sometimes people see things differently. You read the comment and saw it one way, while I saw it as another. As for the "question", this was asked before I was advised regarding what mods can and cannot do (hence why it was asked to begin with). 😉
"Please just carry on as you are" .. lol

Yes, it is possible to transfer apps to a micro SD card. But most newest devices don't have a micro SD card slot. When we transfer an app to external storage, we also transfer app data. If app is broken, we transfer all app data to a micro SD card. When we clear it, we also clear app data from SD card. I think it is not possible to save only app data . Maybe there are some experimental apps that allow to do it, but it's full of risk. But I heard it's possible to save a useful app data on Windows. We need some external software .
Our community member @ChrisFt is the expert😉. However I don't know if he is still active in the community...
Magnolia,
No no, I think there's some misunderstanding going on here. I'm aware of being able to transfer apps and its data to an SD card or external storage. What I'm asking or talking about is if the app data from CCS can be transferred since it's an online game. I'm a computer nerd, but since CCS is the 1st and only game of its kind that I've played, I'm not 100% sure if what can be done with other apps can be done with this one. I apologize if I was confusing before.

I think it's possible to transfer CCS to a micro SD card because it's also playable offline( with some restriction). Every app connects to the internet at some point. But when we clear the app data, we also clear the app data from micro SD card memory. We can't just save the app data without using a special software. But I'm not sure if it is possible on Android.
Our member @ChrisFt explained how to do it on Windows( he plays Bubble Witch 3) but his article was deleted since he changed his account here in the community💔. I hope he will be back soon to restore the article.
