I must have hit something accidentally but I can't see all of the playing area. Can you help?
Hi Jannilew, I think your browser size might have changed. If you are playing the game on Chrome, a player resolved this issue here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/did-candy-crush-make-their-screen-bigger
If you are using another browser you can adjust the browser size on a computer by holding down the "Ctrl" key and then pressing the minus or plus signs on the number pad. The minus will reduce the browser size and that might bring you game back into focus again.

Just now I went back to make sure the 3 dots weren't there. There was an exclamation point. I clicked on it and the same list as the 3 dots appeared. I selected Zoom and minused it down to 80% and my game space fixed itself. I think I'm good now. Thanks much for your help. If it jumps back or does something else, I'll be back in touch. No luck with Control and minus symbol. :-(
I'm on FB in Google Chrome and don't see the 3 dots (top right) to check the zoom size. Trying the trick with control and minus sign, now.
You went to the settings and checked the zoom size? And you also did the minimize with the CTRL + minus sign? I know that it was mentioned that there was a glitch on this yesterday but when the player wrote saying how it was resolved by lowering the zoom size I thought that was the solution. The only other solution is that I was notified that it was reported to the studio and they are totally aware of the screen size being too large on Facebook and they are trying to resolve it. Let's check in tomorrow and let me know if anything has changed. Maybe the studio is still working on it now.
Hello Elsa, I switched to Chrome and opened Candy Crush in Facebook. Still the same problem. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.
Actually I spoke too soon. While the screen seemed to flip and adjust; alas, it's still the same. I'm going to download chrome and try that. I just hate to change browsers (after getting comfortable with Firefox) for a game. But I'm frustrated enough to try. I'll let you know shortly how it goes.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
