Missing lives

Last Tuesday 11-6-18 on my computer at work i had 165 lives in my envelope and 70 lives on my home computer. On Wednesday 11-7-18 my work computer showed 10 lives and home was 20. Can those please be added back in.
Also I'm no longer receiving the helmet when you beat a level on the first try.

The lives disappearing is a glitch that has already been reported to the studio. I am going to ask you to please post a new message on a main thread question that I just created. The Space Dash/Helmet challenge has been taken off the computer version because the studio found a glitch on the HTML5 and they are trying to resolve this. It’s only available on mobile versions until further notice.
