Hi - I just checked your profile and you have the level 5000 Badge. If you are referring to the level 5000 banner for your Avatar. You have to get that thru your game by going into settings and click on features and then make sure the Milestone Badge is turned on.

You need to post a screenshot of your actual Candy Crush Saga map showing your Avatar at level 5000 or higher to get/keep the badge.

Some players will notice that the Candy Crush Saga badge has been removed from your profile. The majority of the cases are because players were posting to get the Candy Crush Soda level 5000 Badge which they need to post HERE.
In the few other cases, a screenshot (proof) of your Candy Crush Saga game map needs to be posted showing that you have completed at least level 5000 in your Candy Crush Saga game.

If you are looking for the banner that you sometimes see some players have, you will need to go into your settings (click on the pink wheel), then click on features and make sure the milestone badge feature has been tagged green.
