Progress

Well here we go. Day 8 and my issue still has not been fixed after being told someone would fix it multiple times a day. I lost my progress. My ID is 1227831090 I should be on level 3005. Last time this happened someone fixed it within 1 hour. Please manually go into my game and put me back to where I'm supposed to be. Thank you! :-)

@ahilg24 if this happens again please let us know a little more information. It is very unusual to lose just a few levels, normally if the progress is lost you will return back to level 1. It would be good to know exactly what happened so that we can prevent this from happening again.

Make sure that when you are playing, you are connected to your account so that the progress will not be lost.

Hi ahlig24, I know that you wrote previously and I did forward your message to the Community Manager but they have been very, very busy this week. I am going to send it to her again now but they are gone for the day. She should see it first thing in the morning.
