About signing in again - the Candy Crush Saga game and this Community website are two different things! That is the reason, we cannot log in with our game account into this Community!
We can use the same username and password as our game. But, we must create an account first👍️

I have noticed multiple complaints about "not able to connect to the Store"!! I have asked our Candy Community In-charge and they have told us to find out certain details.
So, can you please tell me if you are having the issue only with the App store or are you experiencing issues with logging into the game, and collecting rewards from other events too?
If it is just the App store, can you please try the steps provided in This Link and let me know if it worked or not?
