I have been facing two persistent issues in the game for the past four weeks:
1. The Champion Race counter does not reset after wins.
2. I received an incorrect 40-coin reward instead of the expected 20 coins.

Please address and resolve these issues promptly for a better gaming experience. I have already submitted multiple requests, but the problems persist.

Counter won't reset after wins, Still it's not fixed or resolved.game is just started but it's showing am d last one.
I have cleared the cache and data.

I've checked with the studio and this issue should have been fixed indeed so there might be bug in the app that needs to be cleared.
Have you by any chance tried clearing the game app cache? I found a page here that might help!

I have checked some of those discussions through the links provided in most of those threads! I have noticed that the complaints/reports were sent in last May, and this May! May be the issue was fixed but few players are still experiencing the glitch (like the Black screen in Ads - it was fixed but, had returned to some players)!!
So, it would be helpful to report again and find out what's going on!! As you know, I have joined the Candy Community only few months ago! So, it will be helpful for me to recollect all the information to be aware of these constant/recurring issues🙂

Hello @kumkumsilu I think you are complaining about a very old issue that occurs to some people.
I think you are complaining about always being last when you start a new Episode Race.
If this is your problem then I am sorry to say there is no fix for your issue as King can't fix the issue.

So, are you at level # 1385? Which device are you using to play the game?
If you are using a mobile device or the App version on a computer, can you check the version you have right now?
But my win streak is not updating... if I play new win streak still also it's is showing me am last ... I didn't receive any gold coins .
I am sorry!! Are you at the end of the map (at level 14900+) or at level # 1385??
In your question, you said "you played all levels in the game", but your screenshot shows you are at level # 1385!! Can you please clarify?

Are you at the end of the map in your Candy Crush Saga game, Silu? If so, that could be the reason you did not receive the Champions Race in your game!!
We have alerted our Candy Community In-charge to report to the Candy game Studio. I do not have any updates about it yet!!
But, until then, I would suggest you to keep at least 2 episodes and not play them till new levels are released! See if this helps you next week to receive the Race😉

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel.
