I received the gold bar reward for collecting 2000 green candies, but did not get the 50 lollipops for 5000 or the bonus jackpot when I matched 10000 green candies. Can you help please?

Rewards as per king.com official as follow
10 bars for each of the 3 levels
10 bars plus 1 lollipop hammer ar 5000
10 bars plus 1 each of the boosters at 10000
So basically a crap load of effort for pathetic level of reward, it takes hours and possibly some money for little reward. Won't bother next time.
Do you have to be on IE to see the envelope icon? I don't see it and I didn't get squat for rewards, despite finishing the whole challenge.

I'm the same, got the requisite number and got the Congratulations window, but never received the rewards. I don't play via Facebook, so I suppose that's me sunk then. I had to sign up to a FB account just to post on here which I found annoying.

I had/have the same issue. I thought the rewards were off when I hit 10,000, but didn't know I could contact you to get it resolved. I got the 50 gold bars, but not the 50 lollipops. At this point, I'm not even sure what the prizes actually were... :-(
I'm on an iPhone and it doesn't give the envelope referred to on this platform. How do you want me to contact you to resolve it?

I received an email from King, what you are supposed to is send them your Facebook ID linked with your game account, so that they are able to credit you with the missing gifts.
In order to find your Facebook ID, please visit the link www.findmyfacebookid.com and then copy the URL from your Facebook profile into the bar on that website. The URL should look like this example: https://www.facebook.com/firstname.surname.
Then select "Lookup numeric ID" and provide them with the number that appears on your screen.

I got a very polite and prompt response that the reward was actually a total of 30 gold bars and only 1 or each of the bonus candies at the 3rd level of the green challenge. That is not the amount shown on the graphic, we all seem to agree that it should be 10 of each bonus candies but king just credited me with one and a bonus set of gold bars for contacting them. What a crock, it took hours to get the final stage and luckily for me I didn't waste any money but still this feels like short change, that challenge was blooming hard and poorly rewarded.
Did anyone get the full reward and if so how?

The same thing is happening to me. Sent emails that gave me the we will not respond and directed me to here. I seen the answers given above but I have no envelope on the top right hand corner by the log out button. What do I do next?

I registered on the forum specifically to ask about this question. I don't have an envelope (obviously, because I just joined), and I don't see an option to contact King directly. How can we get the email sent to us so that we can give our account info?
UPDATE: After sending requested info so King could post correct rewards, I received this reply: "...located your game account and manually added: 1 colorbomb, 1 lollipop hammer, 1 striped wrapped booster and 1 coconut wheel..." . . . I completed more than 10000 green matches so sent another message this afternoon asking for correction on rewards. I'm hoping all promised rewards are posted soon because errors in awarding rewards only compounds the glitch problem and this appears to be a widespread problem. I enjoy this game a LOT: level 833 and have many friends and family addicted to the game because of my recommendation, but I would not have played as long as I did to get 10000+ green matches for 4 rewards. I'll continue to update and would like to know if anyone else has this problem.
2nd UPDATE: Mark with King care replied promptly to my latest message requesting a correction of awards added to my account and made a fair compensation on the rewards. Along with the glitch of the game not automatically posting earned rewards to gamers, it appears King is also dealing with some confusion gamers had of rewards available to be earned in this contest/campaign. Mark said King could see where a misunderstanding of rewards could be reached from campaign pop-up. As I've looked at replies to my original post as well as other gamer's new posts, I see the confusion too ... I'm even getting confused now. I don't think I could imagine the initial feeling felt by King when the glitch came to light ... working to help a zillion (maybe a stretch) upset gamers isn't a job anyone would want. At level 833 (bragging again), I'm obviously a fan of the game; because they acknowledged the glitch and reward confusion and are working to fairly compensate us, I'm a real fan of King too.

The email referred to is found here at the top right envelope icon. It's nice to know King is helping to resolve this for us!
I sent the email and received a response from Mark Hawk asking for my Facebook id. I don't play on Facebook, so apparently I'm screwed. This was one giant scam. I know people who bought extra lives so they could keep playing too get to 10000, all for nothing.
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
