I purchased 10gold baf for $2.79 US which converted to $3.13canadian. Then all of sudden screen forze for 10min then I had to close the game. I re entered the game and I don't have 10gold bar. You charged me but there is no gold bars. I want either money back or give my 10 gold bars that I purchased. Thanks. My account email is *
